Return and Refund Policy

We accept eligible return requests within 30 days of delivery.

Return eligibility: Products must be unopened and unused.

To request a return, email xyin@agaetech.com with your order number and the items you wish to return. We will provide return instructions. Please contact us before sending products back.

Return shipping is free for eligible returns. We do not charge a restocking fee.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund decision. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within [confirm processing time] business days. Your bank may take additional time to post the refund.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us promptly with your order number and a description of the issue. Photos, where available, can help us resolve it.

For cancellation requests, contact us as soon as possible. Changes may not be possible after shipment. This does not limit cancellation or refund rights provided by law.

Nothing in this policy limits your mandatory consumer rights.
